How it works
You give us four details. We write the listing in your language and price it against active coastal listings in your city, then publish it on your Dock Space city page.
Every enquiry is read by us. You only hear from people who genuinely need dry storage for a boat, a campervan or seasonal gear — with what they store and from which month.
We send you the renter's details. You agree the price and the dates with them and they pay you directly. Dock Space never holds or collects the rent.
Built for owners like you
Dry ports run about five years of waiting list and berths cost €800–14,000 a year. A garage or hangar near the water is the alternative they look for from October to April.
A campervan cannot always sit on the street through the off-season. A wide yard or a detached garage is exactly what its owner needs from November onwards.
Sails, kayaks, SUPs, jetskis, fishing gear. Coastal families need dry, secure space between seasons, and self-storage boxes are not built for a 9 m trailer.
